For Suppliers & Vendors

Effective 5/12/21, all service vendors coming to campus from outside California must meet one of the following criteria:

  1. Are fully vaccinated against COVID-19,
  2. Receive a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to date of onsite service, OR
  3. Remain off campus for a minimum of 10 days and within the state before coming onsite.

Service vendors must maintain COVID-19 safety management practices that are consistent with county Social Distancing Protocol requirements when working in Stanford buildings. 

To ensure a safe vendor experience, departments/ building managers must ensure vendors complete the Service Vendor Expectations Checklist for COVID-19 Safety Management form.

If service vendors test positive for COVID-19 after coming onsite

If a vendor employee was on a Stanford campus, within 48 hours prior to symptoms onset, this must be immediately reported to the University by completing the Contractor COVID-19 Case Reporting Form.
