If my child is unable to attend school/daycare due to their potential exposure to another child with COVID-19, my child is well, and I am unable to work while they are quarantining at home, am I eligible for quarantine pay?

No, quarantine pay cannot be used in these circumstances.  However, you may use vacation/PTO/floating holiday, or take an unpaid leave of absence.
